Type markdown (**bold**, # heading, https://news.com) — it styles live as you go and links open on click.
isposs saves your notes as a real isposs.md file on disk. Pick a folder for it once (browsers won't let a site write to your disk without permission) and that's the setup done: every keystroke updates the file, and any external edits sync back into here.
If that folder already has an isposs.md, isposs reads it and merges rather than replacing it. Same for opening a file you already have — nothing on disk is ever blanked or replaced without the old text going into History first.

Already have a linked file and want it somewhere else (e.g. into Dropbox)? Just drag it there in Finder — isposs follows moves and renames on the same disk and keeps writing to it at its new home, no relinking needed. If the file ever stops updating (moved to a different drive, or deleted), click its name in the header to relink it.
History. isposs snapshots your notes automatically — daily, before any large change, and before anything that rewrites them wholesale. Restoring keeps a snapshot of the current text first, so nothing is ever lost. When you've picked a folder, copies also go into isposs-history/ next to your notes, out of reach of anything that clears browser storage.
